Feeling Fine

Health and Well Being - tackling the causes of ill health by looking at life in the round. From improving our homes and our food, to leisure and sport, to building on the services that can give us independence and a new lease of life, health is the most basic need of all. Healthy people lead to healthy communities.

The Health, Social Care & Well Being Partnership Strategy was formed to focus on improving people's health and well being. Key priorities include:

+ Improve health

+ Promote and enforce good standards of health

+ Support children in need

+ Improve the quality and availability of housing

+ Improve the availability and quality of services for adults and their carers
