The changing shape of Community Planning in Carmarthenshire

Community Planning is an evolving process with many complexities. In recognition of this we thought it would be useful to map out some of the actions and the sequence of actions which have allowed us to get to this point - as we move from strategy development into the implementation stage. 

The purpose of this document is to reflect on the steps that were taken in Carmarthenshire to move community planning forward and to act as a reminder on how far we have come in a relatively short period of time.
